Lovely Taiwan: Taipei River Side Park

Since the meandering river (JiLong River) crossing the Taipei downtown has been straightened, the big extra areas were created, such as many river side parks where people do the leisure activities.

The high way and express ways are constructed along the river side, and several bridges are across the river. All of the many river side parks (such as Me-Di) are open areas and have very wide grass fields. Many people may stay here whole day long for picnic, gaming, sporting, talking, seeing or just dazing.
People can ride their own bicycles or rent one riding along the designated paths. Actually, the designated paths are linked with the other bicycle paths to form a complete circle surrounding the Taipei area.

The sunset scene fascinates me since we can see the buildings or any other scenes far away, and many street lights are lightened setting off the colors of sunset sky.
